Minister Yamaguchi gave opening remarks at the side event of the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF2022) on sustainable development co-organized by MOE Japan, Rwanda, UNIDO, and UNEP. He expressed the importance of the transition to a circular economy and international cooperation to address plastic pollution.
