Ogasawara Visitor Center

A facility introducing history and culture focused on Ogasawara's natural environment. A history unique in its connection with whaling, and as an occupation zone. Ogasawara's unique species of plant and animal life are exhibited and explained on panels, in reconstruction models, and using audio-visual techniques. An interesting Ogasawara quiz is provided in one section of the exhibit. Use this as the first step in getting to know Ogasawara.

Rose Memorial Museum
