The Formulation of a Protocol for Verification Tests and an Invitation to Become the Verification Organizations for the FY 2008 ETV Project on Heat-Island Mitigation Technology (for Reducing Air Conditioning Loads by using Building Envelope Systems, etc.)

The Ministry of the Environment (MOE) adopted the Protocol (the First Edition) for the verification tests of the FY2008 Project on Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) in the field of heat-island mitigation technology (technologies for reducing air conditioning load by using building envelope systems, etc.).

Based on the above Protocol, the MOE invites local governments, public corporations and nonprofit organizations to apply for verification organizations in this field. Please submit applications in Japanese by fax or e-mail to the following address:
