Promulgation of "Public Notice on Partial Revision of Public Notice Providing for Necessary Matters Concerning Regulation, Etc. of Non-road Special Motor Vehicles", and Results of Public Comments

"Public Notice on Partial Revision of Public Notice Providing for Necessary Matters Concerning Regulation, Etc. of Non-road Special Motor Vehicles" is to be promulgated on March 18, 2008. The notification is a revision on fuel specifications prescribed by Article 3 of "Public Notice Providing for Necessary Matters Concerning Regulation of Non-road Special Motor Vehicles" (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, and Ministry of the Environment Notification No. 1 of 2006). The notification will come into effect on April 1, 2008.

The Ministry of the Environment has also announced results of public comments collated from December 27, 2007 to January 26, 2008.
