Convening Japan Circular Economy Roundtable in collaboration with the World Economic Forum(WEF)

 The Ministry of the Environment (MOE), in collaboration with the World Economic Forum (WEF), will convene the Japan Circular Economy Roundtable. The WEF hosts an annual meeting in Davos called "Davos meeting". They are also planning to hold Circular Economy Roundtable series around the world and the Japan round is the first time.

In this forum, many business leaders will participate from not only Japan but also around the world, and they will discuss the visions, subjects and solutions to accelerate circular economy. This meeting aims to encourage development of corporate strategy for circular economy in each company and to disseminate Japanese companies' best practices related to circular economy to the world.
