Partial Amendment to the Enforcement Ordinance of the Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law
A cabinet ordinance partially amending the Enforcement Ordinance of the Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law will be endorsed by the Cabinet on October 6, 2006, in order to revise the standard concerning the dumping of waste into the ocean. The amendment includes changes such as the prohibition of ocean dumping of gunpowder.
