Issuance of notice to Designated Investigation Institutions based on the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act about ensuring reliable Soil Contamination Investigations

As the result of an on-site inspection, it was revealed that one of the Designated Investigation Institutions had conducted an unreliable Soil Contamination Investigation.
Therefore, the MOE issued a notice to all Designated Investigation Institutions about considerations for the procedure of Soil Contamination Investigation to prevent recurrence of improper acts.
