The amendments to the Enforcement Ordinance of Asbestos Health Damage Relief Law
were promulgated on May 21, 2010, and will take effect on July 1, 2010.
We expanded the designated diseases of the Asbestos-related Health Damage Relief Law.
Asbestosis and Diffuse Pleural Thickening with heavy respiratory dysfunction are newly covered.
