Public Comments Invited regarding the Draft of the Outline of the Amount of Fee relating to "The Draft Ordinance of the MOE on the Amended Ordinance about the Designated Investigation Institution and the Designated Support Corporation based on the SCCA"

The MOE decided recently to collect a fee from a person who wants to apply for the designation of the Designated Investigation Institute in the drafting of "The Amended Ordinance of the MOE about the Designated Investigation Institution and the Designated Support Corporation based on the SCCA" that invited public comments from July 29, 2009 to August 28, 2009.
This time, the MOE invites broad-based public comments regarding the amount of the fee concerned. Comments will be accepted from January 19, 2010 to February 17, 2010. All written procedures related to this invitation are to be conducted in Japanese, and comments must therefore be submitted in Japanese.
