From April 27th to May 3rd, Mr. Shinji INOUE, Senior Vice Minister of the Environment, visited the planned site for nuclear waste disposal, "ONKALO", at Olkiluoto, Finland, and the Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Plant in the U.S.
