State Minister Ooka attended the National Schoolyard and Childcare Centre Yard Biotope Contest 2021, held in the presence of His Imperial Highness Crown Prince Akishino, and presented the Minister of the Environment Award recognizing outstanding efforts for the use of biotopes (habitat space for living things) in educational activities.
