Minister Koizumi met with Mr. Michael Regan, US EPA Administrator, during the G20 on Environment, Climate and Energy, held in Naples on July 22-23. They exchanged ideas on marine plastic litter issue and to advance Japan-US partnership including city-to-city collaboration.
