Minister Koizumi met with the winners of the British Council Essay Contest for Secondary Students 2020, the theme of which was climate change, together with H.E. Mr. Paul Madden, British Ambassador to Japan, and Mr. Matthew Knowles, Representative of the British Council in Japan.
