Official Visit by H.E. Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Singapore's Minister for Foreign Affairs

As part of the Singaporean Foreign Minister's working visit to Japan, Minister Koizumi welcomed Dr. Balakrishnan and his officials at MOE Japan. The two ministers exchanged views on key negotiating issues before COP25 and discussed deepening the bilateral cooperation in various environmental fields. Minister Koizumi also explained the current development phase of the net zero movement in Japan.
