Official Visit by H.E. Mr. Mukhtar Babayev, Azerbaijan's Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, Chairman of the State Commission between Azerbaijan and Japan on Economic Cooperation

Minister Koizumi welcomed Minister Babayev and other Azerbaijan officials, such as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ramiz Hasanov, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Farhad Hajiyevand, Former Ambassador Gursel Ismayilzada, and Mr. Farid Talibov, Chargé d'Affaires ad interim. They discussed issues of common interests and concerns with the aim of further strengthening environmental cooperation.
