Official Visit by H.E. Mr. Pereric Högberg, Ambassador of Sweden to Japan

Minister Koizumi and Ambassador Högberg engaged in close dialogue in order to strengthen cooperation to enhance climate ambition ahead of COP25. Ambassador Högberg also commended Minister Koizumi's decision to take paternity leave. Sweden has one of the most generous parental leave (föräldraledighet) systems in the world and is also the country that uses these benefits most equitably between parents.
