Ahead of the Paris Agreement implementation in 2020, "Low Carbon Cup" has been renamed to "Decarbonization Challenge Cup" in order to spur greater action against climate change. Out of all 28 finalists, Women's group aiming for sustainable rural lifestyle won the Grand Prix. A non-profit organization, HERS (Heroines for Environment and Rural Support) has renewable energy at the top of its agenda.
