13th Japan-China Energy Conservation and Environment Forum in Tokyo

Minister Koizumi participated in a public-private joint forum between Japan and China in the fields of energy and the environment. Minister delivered a speech, outlining the importance of collaboration among state, sub-state (regions and cities), and non-state actors (incl. multinational corporations, NGOs) in global climate action including climate change adaptation and marine litter management.
