Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress in Attendance at the 38th Bountiful Sea Conference in Kochi Prefecture

Minister Harada attended the last "Bountiful Sea Conference" of the Heisei era, held under the theme of "forests, rivers and seas, water's journey to a bright future". He also joined the ceremony to release juvenile grunt fish (Isaki Fish) at the seaside alongside HIM Emperor Akihito and HIM Empress Michiko of Japan.
