Official Visit by H.E. Mr. Xie Zhenhua (解振华), Special Representative on Climate Change Affairs, China

Minister Harada welcomed Mr. Xie and the Chinese delegation and exchanged opinions on COP24 and Climate Change. Last month, Mr. Xie co-chaired the Global Climate Action Summit (GCAS) along with Governor of California Jerry Brown, UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Climate Action Michael Bloomberg, UNFCCC Executive Secretary Patricia Espinosa, and Mahindra Group Chair Anand Mahindra.
