20th Japan Water Prize & Stockholm Junior Water Prize 2018

The Japan Water Prize is to recognize and support a wide range of activities contributing to a healthy water environment. The group to build fishways on the Komaoi river, in Bihoro (Hokkaido), that works for the rebirth of the Komaoi river by handmade fishways to bring back lost biodiversity, was selected for the Environment Minister's Award.
