The 21st Tripartite Environment Ministers Meeting (TEMM21) in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture

Minister Koizumi hosted and chaired TEMM21 among Japan, China, and Korea. Ministers adopted the joint communiqué acknowledging new 8 TEMM priority cooperation areas for the period from 2020 to 2024. They further agreed to enhance regional cooperation on marine environment protection.
