Official Ministerial Handover Ceremony and Minister Koizumi's Inaugural Address

Japan's newlyappointed Minister of the Environment, Mr. Shinjiro KOIZUMI delivered his inaugural speech to the Ministry's staff, after an official handover ceremony with outgoing Minister. In his speech, he expressed his commitment for tackling the environmental issues and for creating a healthy workplace environment.
