The Closing Event of IYOR 2018 (International Year of the Reef)

Parliamentary Vice-Minister Katsumata participated in the closing event of IYOR 2018 and disucussed about the IYOR 2008 accomplishment. In his speech, he highlighted the importance of continuing raising awareness about the value and importance of coral reefs and to motivate people to take action to protect them.
