The ninth session of the Assembly of IRENA (International Renewable Energy Agency ) in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

Minister Harada delivered a speech at the ninth session of the Assembly of IRENA, and spoke about Japan's effort on climate change, use of renewable energies as the main source of power, and advancing renewables in developing countries in cooperation with IRENA. Minister Harada actively met with high level officials and paid an official visit to the world's largest solar power plant.
