Minister Yamaguchi and State Minister Ooka participated in the 5th ESG Finance High-Level Panel. The participants discussed Japan's response to international trends in decarbonization and Japanese investment practices, including in regional areas. The Declaration on the Roles and Actions of Financial Sector for Transition towards a Decarbonized Society was compiled as a result.
