Contributions to Discussions on the PIC procedure under the Basel Convention

The Secretariat of the Asian Network has made submissions through the Ministry of the Environment, Japan to contribute to the work of the Small Intersessional Working Group to improve the functioning of the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) procedure, established under the Basel Convention by decision BC-16/2.
