Launch Result of Global Observing SATellite for Greenhouse gases and Water cycle (GOSAT-GW)
The Global Observing SATellite for Greenhouse gases and Water cycle “GOSAT-GW*” was successfully launched from the JAXA Tanegashima Space Center and injected into its planned orbit in the early morning of June 29.
*GOSAT-GW is equipped with two mission instruments, Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer 3 (AMSR3) and Total Anthropogenic and Natural emissions mapping SpectrOmeter-3 (TANSO-3).
