Advance Booking during Cherry Blossom Season in Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden

To alleviate crowds and prevent any potential accidents during cherry blossom season, Shinjuku Gyoen will introduce Advance Booking for the dates and time below during the period from March 22 to April 6, 2025. Advance Booking is available via the Advance Booking website, return postcard, or fax. Advance Booking is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is a limit to the number of people who can enter the park per hour.

     March 3 to April 6, 2025
 
(2) Advance Booking Dates and Time
     March 22 (Sat), 23 (Sun), 29 (Sat), 30 (Sun), April 5 (Sat), 6 (Sun)
    10:00am-4:00pm
    * No reservation is required for entry in the hours of 9:00-10:00am and 4:00-5:30pm on the above dates.

 * Annual passport holders, people who can enter for free (junior high school students and under, holders of a physical disability certificate, intellectual disability certificate or mental disability certificate and one assistant per certificate holder), parents accompanying their children (junior high school students and under), and pregnant women (excluding groups) are not required to make an advance booking.

     Advance Booking tickets for a date and time can be obtained via return postcard or fax, to be used for purchasing admission tickets at the ticket office on the reserved date and time. Reservations must be postmarked seven days prior to the desired date for return postcards, and received two days prior to the desired date for faxes.
 
 *When you enter the park with Advance Booking, you are requested to present a phone screen showing your Timed Entry reservation ticket or Timed Entry E-ticket (admission ticket), or show your return postcard or reply fax.
