Japan-Russia and Japan-U.S. Bilateral Migratory Birds Meetings to be Held

The 5th Consultative Meeting of the Japan-U.S. Migratory Bird Convention, the 7th Consultative Meeting of the Japan- Russia Migratory Bird Convention and the informal meeting on bird conservation amongst Japan, the U.S. and Russia will be held on February 3-5, 2009 in Honolulu, U.S.A. The purpose of the meetings is to promote the exchange of information on migratory bird conservation policies and research activities in the relevant countries and to discuss future cooperation.
