FY 2007 Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Japan (Provisional Data)
Japan's GHG emissions totaled the equivalent of 1.37 billion tons of carbon dioxide (CO2 in FY2007. This figure is 2.3% higher than a year earlier and 8.7% higher than the base year set by the Kyoto protocol.
