Cabinet to Decide on the "Cabinet Order on the Effective Date of a Part of the Act on Regulation, Etc. of Non-road Special Motor Vehicles"
Regarding the enforcement of the Act on Regulation, Etc. of Non-road Special Motor Vehicles that was passed in May of 2005, the draft Cabinet Order is expected to be adopted by the Cabinet on Friday, June 9, 2006.
With this Decision, Chapter 3 of the Act on Regulation, Etc. of Non-road Special Motor Vehicles will be enforced on October 1, 2006.
