Public comments invited regarding the "Draft Interim Assessment of the Japan HPV Challenge Program"

The Ministry of the Environment (MOE), the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) invite public comments regarding the "Draft Interim Assessment of the Japan HPV (High Production Volume) Challenge Program". The Japan HPV Challenge Program is a joint program between the private and the public sectors for the collection and release of information the safety of existing chemical substances which are manufactured in or imported into Japan at a rate of more than 1,000 tons per year.

Comments will be accepted from July 8 to August 6, 2008. Please note that all procedures related to this invitation for public comments will be conducted in Japanese, with all submissions to be sent in Japanese.
