The Law for Promotion of Recycling and Related Activities for Treatment of Cyclical Food Resources Based Recycle Project
On May 30, 2008, the Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry, based on the Law for Promotion of Recycling and Related Activities for Treatment of Cyclical Food Resources, 19th provision, 1st section, examined the AEON corporation recycling project conducted by the limited company Bright pick Chiba and the limited company Bright pick. The new recycling project (recycling loop) was recognized as being based on the amended food recycling law, enforced from December 1st, 2007.
