Eco Car World 2008 in Yokohama(Low Emission Vehicle Fair) to Be Held
The Ministry of the Environment will organize the fair "Eco Car World 2008 in Yokohama" in order to enhance public understanding and acceptance of low emission vehicles. These vehicles are effective in preventing global warming and air pollution by nitrogen oxide (NOx) and particulate matter (PM) mainly in metropolitan areas. The fair will offer exhibitions and test drives of various low emission vehicles as well as educational activities to enhance public awareness of Eco Drive.
