Sticker system for cars conforming to Emission Standard of Automobile NOx/PM Law

The Ministry of the Environment (MOE) and The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport (MLIT) will commence the 'Sticker System for cars conforming to the Emission Standard of Automobile NOx/PM Law'.
The system oversees the placement of stickers on vehicles such as heavy trucks and buses which conform to the emission standards of the Automobile NOx/PM Law, thereby enabling such vehicles to be easily distinguished.
The system is expected promote use of cars with better performance concerning emission reductions, and to the further improve air quality in metropolitan areas.
