Amendment to the Ordinance that Establishes a Method for the Submission of Management Plans for the Use of Motor Vehicles

An ordinance that establishes a method to submit management plans for the use of motor vehicles, provided for in Article 17 of the "Act Concerning Special Measures for Total Emission Reduction of Nitrogen Oxides and Particulate Matter from Automobiles in Specified Areas" (Automobiles NOx/PM Act), was revised today. Under the revised ordinance, enterprises must submit new management plans for the coming term, after the completion of the current plan. The revised ordinance is to be enforced on April 1, 2006.
