The Ministry of the Environment (MOE) selected the Japan Testing Center for Construction Materials as the verification organization for the FY 2006 Pilot Project of the ETV in the field of heat-island mitigation technology (technologies for reducing air conditioning load by using building envelope systems.)

The Japan Testing Center for Construction Materials invites target verification technologies to apply in this field.
