Adoption of Two Projects as New Business to Prevent Global Warming in FY 2007
The Ministry of the Environment supports establishment of new businesses that contribute to steady CO2 cutbacks and prevention of global warming. Necessary plants, equipment, etc. for the new business to reduce CO2 emissions are subsidized by this program. In FY 2007, this program was subscribed to by 14 projects, two of which have been adopted in consideration of the validity of a ripple effect on other companies, CO2 cutbacks, effectiveness and reliability of access to the market, etc.
