Sessions on Global Warming Issues to be Held in Ehime and Kagawa

Sessions titled "Never too Late to Prevent Global Warming!" will be held on March 21st in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture, and on March 24th in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, as events to celebrate the opening of the Shikoku-region Environmental Partnership Office.

These sessions are designed to provide participants with an opportunity to think about global warming issues and to encourage them to exchange opinions. The movie "An Inconvenient Truth," which describes global warming in detail, will be screened at the beginning of each session to help participants understand the issue.

The deadline for applications is on March 20th for the Matsuyama City session, and March 23rd for the Takamatsu City session. For further information, please contact the Public Relations Office, Ministry of the Environment.
