The 3rd Annual Review of the Progress in Implementing the Fundamental Plan for Establishing a Sound Material-Cycle Society
The Central Environment Council has summarized the results of the 3rd annual review of the progress in implementing the Fundamental Plan for Establishing a Sound Material-Cycle Society (Cabinet decision in March 2003) with the Council chairman Motoyuki Suzuki reporting to the Minister of the Environment.
The report points out the following future tasks: need of proactive efforts and cooperation by all actors, and strengthening of efforts from the international point of view.
The Ministry of the Environment plans to report in turn to the Cabinet after the necessary administrative procedures.
