Meeting of Inter-Ministry/Agency Liaison Council for Waste Measures Held

Measures that have been taken for illegal dumping include making the regulation more stringent by revising the Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law and making efforts based on the Action Plan to Eliminate Illegal Dumping. The Inter-Ministry/Agency Liaison Council for Waste Measures has been established to further strengthen coordination among concerned ministries and agencies in order to promote illegal dumping measures as a national campaign. Its first meeting was held today.
