Results of Examination for Olfactory Measurement Operator in FY2006
The Ministry of the Environment has announced the FY 2006 examination results for olfactory measurement operators, and examination certificates were issued today for those that passed the examination.
This is a national examination carried out under the Offensive Odor Law. Passing this examination is one of the requirements to be certified as an olfactory measurement operator.
This year is the eleventh year since the start of the examination, and the examination took place this year in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka on November 20 (Sunday), 2006. Among 683 people who took the test, 244 have passed (36% of the total.)
