Public Comments Invited Regarding the "Draft Notification Partially Amending the Notification Providing for Necessary Matters Concerning Regulation, Etc. of Non-road Special Motor Vehicles"

The Ministry of the Environment (MOE) invites broad public comments regarding the Draft Notification Partially Amending the Notification Providing for Necessary Matters Concerning Regulation, Etc. of Non-road Special Motor Vehicles. Comments will be accepted from February 1, 2007 to March 2, 2007.
The draft amends the fuel specification prescribed in Article 3 of the Notification Providing for Necessary Matters Concerning Regulation, Etc. of Non-road Special Motor Vehicles (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, and Ministry of the Environment Notification No. 1 of 2006).
All procedures related to this invitation for public comments will be conducted in Japanese. Comments also need to be submitted in Japanese.
