Inscription of the Ogasawara Islands to the Tentative World Heritage List
On January 29, 2007, Government of Japan decided to inscribe the Ogasawara Islands as a Natural Heritage site on the Tentative List of World Cultural and Natural Heritage as provided in the Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage.
