Ministerial Ordinances and Notifications concerning the Law Relating to the Prevention of Marine Pollution and Maritime Disaster, etc
In order to ensure the implementation of an amendment to Annex II of Protocol of 1978 relating to the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973, ordinances and notifications from the Ministry of the Environment concerning the Law Relating to the Prevention of Marine Pollution and Maritime Disaster were promulgated on December 15, 2006.
Also in line with the amendment, an ordinance from Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Minister of Environment was promulgated on December 8, 2006.
