Collecting proposals regarding 'Basic Policy for the Promotion of Contracts considering Reduction of Emissions of Greenhouse Gases and others by the State and Other Entities'

Under the Act on Promotion of Contracts of National Governments and Other Entities Involving Due Care for Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emission(the Green Contract Act), the state and other entities shall promote contracts considering reduction of emissions of green house gases and others (green contracts) in accordance with 'Basic Policy for the Promotion of Contracts considering Reduction of Emissions of Greenhouse Gases and others by the State and Other Entities' (the Basic Policy) when they conclude contracts.

 

The Basic Policy shall be revised when it is necessary and the revision of the Basic Policy has to be discussed every fiscal year.

 

Proposals for the Basic Policy will be accepted at the Ministry of the Environment, Government of Japan, from May 23 to June 17, 2016.

 

Please note that all procedures related to this invitation for proposals will be conducted in Japanese. The proposals and the reference materials therefore need to be submitted in Japanese.
