Public Comments are Invited Regarding the Proposal "Revised criteria for field experiments regarding Soil Residualable Pesticides"

The MOE is inviting public comments regarding the Proposal for "Revised criteria for field experiments regarding Soil Residualable Pesticides". Comments will be accepted from July 14, 2014 to August 14, 2014.

This proposal is to promote universality for the field experiments in order to justify half-lives for soil residualable pesticides under the Registration of Withholding Standards for soil residualable pesticides.

This standard will be established under Paragraph 2, Article 3 of the Agricultural Chemicals Regulation Law.

All procedures related to this invitation will be conducted in Japanese and comments must also be submitted in Japanese.
