The Outcome of the Second Session of the Plenary of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES)
The second session of the Plenary of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) was held in Antalya, Turkey from the 9 to the 14 of December 2013.
In this meeting, work programme 2014-2018, conceptual framework, financial and budgetary arrangements for the Platform , rules and procedures for the operation of the Platform and communications and stakeholder engagement were discussed.
