Public Comments Invited Regarding the "Proposal for the Registration Withholding-Standards for Agricultural Chemicals Concerning Water Pollution" April 8, 2013

The MOE is inviting public comments regarding the "Proposal for the Registration of Withholding Standards for Agricultural Chemicals concerning Water Pollution". Comments will be accepted from April 8, 2013 to May 9, 2013.
The proposal will establish the registration of withholding standards on water pollution for 10 agricultural chemicals (ipfencarbazone, ethaboxam, ethofumesate, chlorphthalim, topramezone, trinexapac-ethyl, fenpyrazamine, fluopyram, fluxapyroxad, hexazinone).
This standard will be established under Paragraph 2, Article 3 of the Agricultural Chemicals Regulation Law.
All procedures related to this invitation will be conducted in Japanese and comments must be submitted in Japanese.
